Job Description
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in coordinating inbound and outbound shipments.
- Prepare and maintain logistics documentation (delivery orders, invoices, packing lists, shipping documents).
- Track shipments and update delivery status in the system.
- Communicate with transport companies, suppliers, and warehouse staff.
- Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
- Support stock receiving, checking, and dispatching processes.
- Perform data entry in ERP or logistics management systems.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock audits.
- Handle customer or internal inquiries related to delivery or shipment status.
- Ensure compliance with company logistics policies and procedures.
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned by management from time to time.
Requirement:
- Basic knowledge of logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
- Good communication and teamwork
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under deadlines
