About Us: Mango Concept Industry specializes in residential interior design and renovation services. We are looking for a responsible and experienced Admin & Accounts Executive to join our team to handle accounting and administrative tasks.

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle daily accounting tasks and maintain accurate financial records
  • Key in accounting data, invoices, receipts, and payments into the system
  • Assist with preparation of yearly audit documents and reports
  • Prepare basic financial and accounting reports
  • Manage administrative duties and office documentation
  • Issue and record invoices and billing
  • Communicate with suppliers and customers regarding payments and documents
  • Handle phone calls and email correspondence professionally
  • Support management with general admin and coordination tasks

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the accounting field
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping
  • Familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Experience with SQL Accounting System will be an added advantage
  • Good organizational and communication skills
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
