Sales Manager - Business Unit Swine (Remote Working/WFH) (Sabah/Sarawak)

• Working Hours: From 8.30am to 5.30pm
• Work Days: Monday to Friday only

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth, develop new business, and build long‑term customer relationships across East Malaysia.
• Monitor market trends and competitors and translate insights into effective sales strategies.
• Own sales targets for volume, margin and market share.
• Collaborate with the Director Sales, Asia on market analysis, pricing and strategic planning.
• Manage CRM updates, prepare sales plans and report performance regularly.
• Develop solid knowledge of our products and recommend suitable solutions for customers.
• Stay updated on competitor activities and recommend strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
• Support marketing activities including trade shows and proposal materials.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Animal Production, or related fields.
• At least 5 years’ experience in investment goods and sales management with P&L exposure.
• Strong business acumen, communication and networking skills.
• Candidates with experience in agriculture or selling pig farm equipment and related solutions or with a sales engineering background, will be favourably considered.
• Experience in pig equipment sales, agriculture or sales engineering is an advantage.
• Willing to travel within Malaysia.
• To be based either in Sabah or Sarawak.
• Expected to travel & cover throughout East Malaysia

This is a remote working position with the requirement to work from home (WFH). The candidate may also be required to travel to the Selangor office occasionally and undertake travel & cover throughout east malaysia.
