Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Handle all aspects of daily accounting and finance operation and tax related matters;
  2. Assist in raising payment vouchers and performing data entries of accounting entries;
  3. Handle invoices, payments vouchers and billings;
  4. Maintain proper administration filing and keep sufficient accounting records;
  5. Handle administration matters, including office purchases, upkeep and maintenance of office equipment and fixed assets;
  6. Assist in flights and hotel reservation;
  7. Assist payroll related matters, annual renewal for licenses and submission for EPF, Socso, EIS, PCB, SST and etc;
  8. Assist in performing other tasks and duties that may be assigned.

Job Requirements:

  1. Relevant working experience with an audit firm and/or legal firm would be advantageous.
  2. Basic technical knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations.
  3. Good MS Office knowledge
  4. Good command of written & spoken English.
  5. Ability to prioritize and work under tight timelines.
  6. Work with flexibility in a fast-moving environment and have own transport.
