Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle all aspects of daily accounting and finance operation and tax related matters;
- Assist in raising payment vouchers and performing data entries of accounting entries;
- Handle invoices, payments vouchers and billings;
- Maintain proper administration filing and keep sufficient accounting records;
- Handle administration matters, including office purchases, upkeep and maintenance of office equipment and fixed assets;
- Assist in flights and hotel reservation;
- Assist payroll related matters, annual renewal for licenses and submission for EPF, Socso, EIS, PCB, SST and etc;
- Assist in performing other tasks and duties that may be assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Relevant working experience with an audit firm and/or legal firm would be advantageous.
- Basic technical knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations.
- Good MS Office knowledge
- Good command of written & spoken English.
- Ability to prioritize and work under tight timelines.
- Work with flexibility in a fast-moving environment and have own transport.
