ERP Executive (Kuala Lumpur)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced ERP Executive to join our team at Conext Solution Sdn Bhd. As an ERP Executive, you will play a key role in providing pre- and post-sales support to our customers, ensuring they get the most out of our enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions. This is a full-time position that will involve a mix of customer-facing and technical responsibilities.

What you'll be doing

1. Demonstrating and promoting our ERP software solutions.
2. Providing technical support and training to customers on the implementation.
3. Gathering requirements and translating them into system configurations.
4. Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues with the ERP Odoo software.
5. You will perform ERP Odoo customization and development, including modifying existing features and building new functionalities based on business needs.
6. Participate in ERP solution sales process, including pre-sales support, client meetings, and solution explanation.

What we're looking for

1. Proven experience as an ERP Consultant, Business Analyst, or Technical Support Specialist with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
2. Proficiency in programming and database tools such as Python and SQL.
3. Strong understanding of ERP Odoo systems and their implementation.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with client.
5. Problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve issues.
6. Familiarity with popular ERP software such as Odoo and SAP.
7. Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
