Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Assistant, 3PL Management to support Lazada Express third-party logistics (3PL) operations. This role works closely with logistics partners to ensure smooth daily operations, service level compliance, and effective coordination between internal teams and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily operations with 3PL partners
  • Monitor service level performance and operational KPIs
  • Track shipment status and resolve operational issues
  • Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
  • Support contract and performance management activities
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure operational alignment
  • Follow up on service improvements and corrective actions

Working Hours

  • Monday to Saturday
  • Office hours (details will be shared during interview)

Salary & Allowances

  • Basic Salary: RM2,300 per month
  • Phone Allowance: RM100 per month

Job Requirements

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma qualification
  • Experience in logistics, 3PL operations, or operations support is an advantage
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, email, reporting)
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Responsible and reliable
