Job Description

The Head of HR is a core member of the executive leadership team, responsible for shaping and executing the people and culture strategy of the organization. The role ensures human capital strategies are fully aligned with the company’s long-term business objectives across property development, construction and property management operations.

Job Description:

  • Define and lead the enterprise-wide people strategy to support business growth, operational excellence, and sustainable performance.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to the Senior Management Team on workforce strategy, leadership capability and organizational effectiveness.
  • Drive a high-performance, accountable, and values-driven culture across corporate, project, and site operations.
  • Lead talent management, including leadership development, succession planning, and critical role coverage.
  • Oversee group-wide compensation, rewards, and incentive frameworks to ensure competitiveness, pay-for-performance, and governance discipline.
  • Provide leadership and oversight on employee relations, industrial relations, and risk management, particularly within project-based and site environments.
  • Ensure full compliance with labour laws, regulatory requirements, and corporate governance standards across all operating entities.
  • Lead organizational change initiatives including restructuring, expansion, and new development projects.
  • Strengthen HR governance, systems, and analytics to support data-driven decisions at executive and board level.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or professional HR qualification is highly desirable.
  • Minimum 10-15 years of HR experience, with significant tenure in a senior HR leadership or Head of HR role.
  • Mandatory experience in the property industry, including exposure to property development, construction, leasing, or property management environments.
  • Strong understanding of workforce dynamics in project-based and operationally intensive settings.
  • Proven ability to operate at board and executive level with high credibility and influence.
  • Strong commercial acumen, leadership presence, and sound judgment.
