Working Days & Hours:
- Working Hours: From 08:00am to 05:00pm
- Work Days: Monday to Friday only
Job Requirements:
- MINIMUM ONE (1) YEAR OF RELEVANT WORKING EXPERIENCE, PREFERABLY IN A CONTRACTING OR SUPPLY AND SERVICES COMPANY.
- PROFICIENT IN AUTOCOUNT ACCOUNTING SYSTEM, MICROSOFT PROJECT, AND MICROSOFT OFFICE APPLICATIONS INCLUDING WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT, AND OUTLOOK.
- FAMILIAR WITH MOF AND CIDB TENDER AND REGISTRATION PROCESSES.
- ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION: SPM, DIPLOMA, OR DEGREE IN A RELATED FIELD.
- DETAIL-ORIENTED, WELL-ORGANIZED, AND ABLE TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY WITH MINIMAL SUPERVISION.
- PREFERENCE WILL BE GIVEN TO CANDIDATES BASED IN TAWAU OR ABLE TO WORK IN BANDAR SRI INDAH, TAWAU, SABAH.
Job Scopes:
- MAINTAIN DAILY ACCOUNTING RECORDS AND TRANSACTIONS USING THE AUTOCOUNT ACCOUNTING SYSTEM.
- PREPARE INVOICES, PAYMENT VOUCHERS, ACCOUNT RECONCILIATIONS, AND BASIC FINANCIAL REPORTS.
- MANAGE PROJECT SCHEDULES, DOCUMENTATION, AND TRACKING USING MICROSOFT PROJECT.
- HANDLE OFFICE ADMINISTRATION, FILING SYSTEMS, AND PROJECT-RELATED DOCUMENTATION.
- MANAGE MOF AND CIDB TENDER DOCUMENTATION AND REGISTRATIONS, AND LIAISE WITH SUPPLIERS, SUBCONTRACTORS, AND RELEVANT STAKEHOLDERS.
Benefits & Remunerations:
- Salary Range: RM 1,700 to RM 2,500
- EPF, SOCSO & EIS: PROVIDED IN ACCORDANCE WITH STATUTORY REQUIREMENTS
- Medical & Annual Leave: PROVIDED IN ACCORDANCE WITH COMPANY POLICY AND LABOUR REGULATIONS
- SALARY INCREMENT MAY BE CONSIDERED BASED ON PERFORMANCE AND COMPANY DISCRETION
