Job Description
Working Days & Hours:
- Working Hours: From 08:00am to 05:00pm
- Work Days: Monday to Saturday
- Closing date may require work on weekends or public holidays
Job Requirements:
- Credits in both Mathematics and English at SPM level.
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and employment regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Job Scopes:
- Maintain accurate employee records, files, and HR documentation.
- Assist in payroll preparation: attendance, OT, leave, and allowances.
- Address employee inquiries and assist in resolving workplace issues.
- Handle full-cycle recruitment: posting vacancies, screening applicants, scheduling interviews
- Support performance appraisal cycles and follow-up actions.
- Ensure HR practices follow labour laws and company policies.
Benefits & Remunerations:
- Salary Range: RM1,700.00 to RM3,500.00
