Customer Service-cum-Sales Support (Inobong)

About the Role:

• We’re looking for a bubbly, camera-ready superstar to be the face of Eco Peak Residences!
• You’ll handle customer inquiries, support sales efforts, and engage audiences through live videos and social media. If you’re outgoing, love interacting with people, and thrive in the spotlight, this is your dream role!

Working Days & Hours:

• Monday to Friday: From 8.00 am to 5.00 pm
• Saturday: From 8.00 am to 12.00 pm
• Sunday & PH when required, and will be compensated with either overtime or replacement leave.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly, prompt customer service via calls, chat, and social media.
• Assist the sales team with bookings, follow-ups, and client relations.
• Host live sessions (FB/IG/TikTok) to showcase property highlights.
• Create engaging content (photos/videos) to promote Eco Peak’s eco-friendly lifestyle.

Job Requirements:

• Fresh graduate (any field) OR have 1–2 years of experience.
• Love being on camera—no shyness, just confidence and charm!
• Enjoy chatting with people and solving problems with a smile.
• Can multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
