Job Description

Working Days & Hours:

  • Working Hours: From 8:30 am to 5 pm (Weekdays) / From 8:30 am to 4pm (Saturday)
  • Work Days: Monday to Saturday

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in Accounting or related field
  • Minimum One (1) Year of accounting working experience
  • Knowledgeable in basic double-entry transactions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Familiar with accounting software (AUTOCOUNT)
  • Able to work independently and collaborate within a team
  • SST and e-invoice submission knowledge and experience are an advantage

Job Scopes:

  • Manage the daily company's payments, supplier invoices, and expenses
  • Process staff claims, salary advances, and company debit card expenses
  • Key in payment vouchers and update payment tracking in the accounting system
  • Assist in report preparation and bank reconciliation processes
  • Process SST submission
  • Carry out ad-hoc accounting or administrative tasks given by management
