Working Days & Hours:
- Working Hours: From 8:30 am to 5 pm (Weekdays) / From 8:30 am to 4pm (Saturday)
- Work Days: Monday to Saturday
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Accounting or related field
- Minimum One (1) Year of accounting working experience
- Knowledgeable in basic double-entry transactions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Familiar with accounting software (AUTOCOUNT)
- Able to work independently and collaborate within a team
- SST and e-invoice submission knowledge and experience are an advantage
Job Scopes:
- Manage the daily company's payments, supplier invoices, and expenses
- Process staff claims, salary advances, and company debit card expenses
- Key in payment vouchers and update payment tracking in the accounting system
- Assist in report preparation and bank reconciliation processes
- Process SST submission
- Carry out ad-hoc accounting or administrative tasks given by management
