Working Days & Hours:

• Working Hours: From 11am-7.30pm
• Work Days: Tuesday To Sunday (Monday Off)
• Tuesday & Wednesday at Office
• Thursday - Sunday at Shop

Job Scopes:-

Content & Social Media:

• Create and post engaging content (reels, captions, stories)
• Schedule and manage monthly content calendar
• Capture and post behind-the-scenes, service highlights, and client results
• Keep Instagram, WhatsApp broadcast, and TikTok active and on-brand

Sales & Client Booking:

• Handle DMs, WhatsApp, and phone calls for enquiries and appointments
• Actively follow up with leads, walk-ins, and returning customers
• Work to fill up daily appointment slots
• Upsell and cross-sell services during customer conversations
• Assist with simple admin updates and service logs

Sales Target & Strategy:

• Work towards daily/weekly sales targets (online & walk-in)
• Track performance and report conversion rates
• Support in planning monthly promotions or campaigns
• Offer ideas to improve sales performance and content strategy

Job Requirements:

• Passionate about beauty & social media trends
• Creative with strong content creation skills (photo, video, captioning)
• Able to use instagram, tiktok, canva, capcut confidently
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal) in bm and simple english
• Comfortable with doing social media live
• Able to handle pressure and hit sales targets
• Good multitasking, organized & proactive in follow-ups
• Bonus: previous experience in sales, marketing, or beauty line
