- Provide general administrative support including mailing, scanning, letters, travel and appointment arrangement.
- Maintaining and updating the company database, prepare regular reports that assigned.
- Assist in preparing presentations and proposals as assigned.
- Manage, monitor, update stocks of office supplies and order when there is a shortage.
- Manage and control inventory and logistics.
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.
- Competent in using MS Word and Excel for daily works.
- Ability to prioritize work and multitask to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- 5 days’ work, 9am -6pm.
- Malaysia Citizen, Required language(s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia.
