Safety Officer (Sandakan Sabah)

Working Days & Hours:

• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
• Working Hours: From 8am to 5pm

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum Education Qualification required:

a) Possess a minimum Degree in;

b) Occupational Safety and Health or Any Engineering.

2. Minimum Mandatory Competency (License) required:

a) Registered Safety and Health Officer (SHO) with DOSH.

3. Optional requirement or added advantage:

a) Authorised Entrant & Standby Person for Confined Space (AESP).

Job Scopes:

• Overall responsible for the planning, implementation, monitoring, maintaining & review of SHE processes
• To ensure the establishment and implementation of processes for reporting and investigation of SHE incidences.
• Responsible for plant security management
• Comply with all applicable SHEQ legal requirements and our stakeholders’ specifications by establishing policies, programmes and practices in order to conduct operations in a healthy, safe and environmentally sound manner with safety first, quality foremost & pursuing excellence.
• To liaise with external parties / regulatory authorities for SHE statutory compliances
