Quantity Surveyor (Kuching Sarawak)

Job Requirements :

• Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent field.
• 3 years & above of relevant experience in pre-contract & post contract.
• Computer knowledge in MS Office and construction related software.
• Willing to travel to site offices/other project locations within Sarawak.

Job Scopes :

• Assist in preparing enquiries, purchase for materials, labour and plant quotations.
• Preparation of project feasibility reports, preliminary project budgets and budgetary control implementation.
• Assist in cost compilation, comparison and analysis for management decision.
• Carry out site evaluations, assessment and verification of claims and variation orders
• Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management.
