At least 3 years of housekeeping or janitorial work.
Hands-on experience in maintenance (plumbing, electrical, or carpentry); trade certifications are a plus.
Key Responsibilities
Housekeeping Tasks:
- Clean restrooms, offices, lobbies, stairs, and meeting rooms daily.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitise surfaces.
- Empty bins and handle waste properly.
- Restock toilet paper, soap, and other supplies.
- Spot-clean spills and stains; deep clean areas as needed.
- Help set up and pack down furniture for events.
Basic Maintenance (Handyman Duties):
- Do small plumbing jobs (unclog drains, fix leaks).
- Handle minor electrical work (change bulbs, fix wiring).
- Do basic repairs (paint touch-ups, fix doors/windows).
- Assemble or repair furniture.
- Report major repair needs to management.
