The Human Resource Officer is responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and HR policy enforcement. The role involves ensuring that HR practices are compliant with labor laws and aligned with the company’s goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment and selection processes (posting jobs, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, interview candidates).
Maintain employee records and update HR databases
Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Coordinate training sessions and performance review processes.
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with labor regulations.
Help with payroll processing and benefits administration.
Participate in employee engagement initiatives and company events.
Prepare HR reports as required by management.
Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
