Responsibilities
Overseeing personnel management, employee welfare, and HR records maintenance.
Manage end to end payroll processes including calculating overtime, deductions and benefits.
Ensure compliance with local regulations related to payroll processing and reporting.
Support in the payment of legal charges and statutory withholdings, such as employee guarantee fund, social security, income tax dues
To assist in recruitment which includes job postings, short listing of candidates, schedule interviews; prepare letters of appointment and pre-employment formalities.
Qualifications & Languages
Diploma / degree in HR Administration or related field
2 years of experiences in payroll processing and management
Understanding of using payroll system
Languages: English (Intermediate)
