AUDIT MANAGER
(Based in Desa Parkcity, Kuala Lumpur)
Job Scope
- Plan work allocation with managing partner and/or assistant to managing partner (“PA”), mainly on deadline.
- Brief and communicate with team leader / members (KL and JB) about the assignment and strategy to complete the assignment.
- Monitor work progress and provide solutions / assistants to the team leader / members.
- Monitor the deadline set in no. 1 above.
- Review the assignment delivered by the team (ie. Audit and tax).
Responsibilities
- Make sure the team can deliver the assignment on-time.
- Communicate with and train the team, make sure the team’s auditing and tax workings skill improve progressively.
- Communicate with managing partner, partner and/or PA if discover any unusual outcome on the progress of the assignment.
- Communicate with clients to sort out any issue that are needed for completion of the assignment.
- Attend clearance meetings with the managing partner and/or partner, and clients.
- Attend clients with the managing partner and/or partner when necessary.
- Mess with and motivate the team, so that the team can maintain high level of team work.
- Must understand the requirements of International Standard of Quality Management (“ISQM”) 1.
Requirements
- Degree major in Accounting, Finance or professional accounting qualifications.
- At least 5 years working experience in senior level or 3 years in manager level
- Must be well verse with audit software (preference: aBot).
- Must be well verse with Microsoft Office
- Must be able to write and speak in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.
- Must be willing to travel to client’s premise and JB branch (on need basis)
Salary: RM8,000 - RM15,000, to commensurate with experience. Defined statutory contribution: EPF, SOCSO and EIS. 5 day work week.
