Job Description

1. Design, develop, and execute test strategies and plans to ensure the end-to-end functionality of all BSS components meets expectations.

2. Analyze product requirements and write test cases and test plans.

3. Manage and maintain test environments, including setting up test data, test scenarios, and test scripts.

4. Execute manual and automated testing, including functional testing, integration testing, performance testing, etc.

5. Analyze test results, identify issues, and assist the development team in resolving them.

6. Work with the development team to track and fix defects to ensure they are addressed in a timely manner.

7. Manage and optimize the testing process to improve testing efficiency and quality.

8. Collaborate with other departments, including development, product management, operations, and quality assurance, to ensure the entire team is working together cohesively to deliver high-quality products on time.

9. Regularly report on testing progress and results to management, and provide suggestions for improvement.

10. Complete the test case design by 50 TCs per month during IOT/E2E/UAT Phases.

11. Complete the assigned test case execution by 150 TCs per month during IOT/E2E/UAT phases.

12. Solve >=5 issues per month, and close in customer side.

14. Project progress of test stream is normal, and no delay caused by the vendor’s service.

15. Customer satisfaction is normal, and no negative event caused by the vendor’s service.
