Working Days & Hours

  • Working Hours: From 10 am to 6 pm (Mon - Fri)
  • Working Hours: From 10 am to 2 pm (Sat)
  • Work Days: Monday to Saturday (5½ day)

Job Requirements

  • Mandarin speaking
  • Experience in online customer service is an advantage
  • Encourage experience counter customer service & candidates keen in customer service field
  • Patience & soft attitude

Job Scopes

  • Checking & reply customer messages
  • Solve the customer needs and problems
  • Request customer for payment proceedings
  • To pacify/calm emotion customers and deliver great customer satisfaction

Benefits & Remunerations

  • Salary Range: RM 2,000 to RM 2,500 (Increasing depend on experience)
