Minimum years of working experience related to the work scope: 3 years working experience in administrative duties.
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

Job Scopes:
Manage and maintain site documentation, including project reports, permits, safety records, and timesheets
Prepare, compile, and distribute correspondence such as memos, reports, and meeting minutes and to ensure all documents is up to date
Act as a liaison for HR-related matters, such as employee inquiries, policy communication, and grievance handling.
Support onboarding and offboarding of site staff, ensuring proper documentation is completed.
Ensure of all stationeries and office consumables are available including ordering for stock replenishment.
To support periodic cash flow planning and management to ensure optimisation of funds.
To support in preparing monthly billing to ensure timely and accurate billing to the customer.
