Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualise, develop, and schedule forward-thinking social content and campaigns tailored for each platform, ensuring alignment with brand and client objectives.
- Collaborate with the Client Servicing and Creative teams, ensuring synchronised efforts in marketing initiatives and campaign roll-outs.
- Take ownership of client social media channels by actively engaging with the audience, addressing comments, and handling queries to foster a sense of community and brand loyalty.
- Compile and dissect performance metrics regularly, translating data into meaningful reports that highlight KPIs and provide actionable feedback on client social media accounts.
- Delve into data, trends, and market shifts to derive insights that influence strategy, ensuring content remains relevant and impactful.
- Proactively contribute to miscellaneous tasks, projects, or activities, showcasing adaptability and commitment to the team's overarching goals.
Key Qualities:
- A minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience in an advertising agency setting.
- Hands-on experience with various social media platforms and familiarity with digital marketing strategies.
- A passion for staying updated with the latest trends in digital media, tech, and innovations, especially within social media.
- Superior command of the English language, both written and spoken, with proficiency in Malay being an added advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment while coordinating with cross-functional teams.
