Medical Sales Representative (Kuching)

Working Days & Hours

• Working Hours: From 9.00 am to 4.30 pm
• Work Days: Monday to Friday

Job Requirements

• An effective Team player with a Positive mindset
• Able to work Independently, with minimal supervision
• A Degree holder , preferably in medical related fields but not necessary
• Proven track record of success in a sales role, preferably within the medical/healthcare industry
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills to overcome objections and close deals
• Highly organised and able to manage a pipeline of opportunities effectively
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships
• Proactive and self-motivated, with the drive to exceed sales targets
• Valid driving license and possess own vehicle.
• Able to travel outstation on short notice.

Job Scopes

• Proactively prospecting and generating leads to expand the client base
• Conducting sales presentations and negotiations to secure new business opportunities
• Providing product demonstrations and educating clients on the features and benefits
• Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and ensuring their satisfaction
• Collaborating with the wider sales team to share best practices and support each other's efforts
• Accurately recording and reporting on all sales activities and pipeline
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and new product developments
