• Working Hours: From 9 am to 5:30pm
• Work Days: Monday to Friday only

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in power construction or energy management-related fields.
• At least 2 years of work experience in power generation companies or related industries.
• Familiarity with photovoltaic power plant systems and extensive knowledge of electrical power is preferred.
• Proficient in using software and information systems relevant to this field.
• Good command of spoken and written Mandarin.
• Quick learner with a strong sense of responsibility, professionalism, teamwork, integrity, and confidentiality.
• Preference will be given to candidates with a local equivalent of a mid-level or higher professional technical title.
• Exceptionally qualified candidates may be considered with slightly relaxed criteria.
• Must Profcient in Mandarin listening, reading and writing

Job Scopes:

• Assist in establishing and improving the safety production responsibility system of the project department, implement safety supervision, and manage safety production rewards and penalties.
• Assist in implementing government and upper management requirements for safety supervision in the field of production safety.
• Assist in establishing and improving the project department's risk classification control and hazard inspection mechanisms, eliminate accident risks, and manage risks. Organize the project department's emergency management work. Conduct timely and accurate investigation and reporting of production safety incidents.
• Assist in carrying out safety education and training for the project department to enhance employee safety awareness and capability; organize safety culture initiatives and manage civilized production practices.
• Organize fire supervision, ensuring proper management and operational maintenance of firefighting equipment.
• Develop the annual production and operation work plan for the project department.
• Responsible for on-site management of project production operations.
• Oversee the status monitoring, defect elimination, routine maintenance, testing, minor and major repairs of equipment under their jurisdiction, and resolve technical issues impacting equipment safety and efficient operation.
• Participate in preparing technical plans, operational procedures, management systems, safety risk analysis, and control measures for project infrastructure; improve relevant policies and procedures.
• Complete other tasks assigned by leadership.
• To be based in Batang Ai, Lubok Antu.
• Five working days per week
