Job Requirements :

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science or Related Field.
• Min 1 – 2 years working experience in related field.
• Good Personality.
• Patience in dealing with customer concerns.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Job Scopes :

• Provide network support and product training to dealers.
• Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to address customer inquiries and concerns.
• Develop system deployment plans for customers based on project specifications.
• Accomplish any IT-related task assigned by Supervisor.
