Job Description

In view of business expansion, we are looking suitable candidate to support our online sales portal.  The new recruit should be familiar with online portals and social media channels.

E-Commerce Admin Support

Responsibilities:-

  • Assist in conducting all products and promotional activity online and offline
  • Assist in organize, executive online & offline advertising/ promotional campaigns to increase sales
  • Promote online sales through social media channels
  • Support Online sales i.e. work closely with internal team to enhance online sales
  • Manage day to day social media profiles of the Company
  • Coordinate & support online platforms orders (e.g. Lazada, Tik Tok, Instagram etc.) and manage customers queries & feedback
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:-

  • Minimum possess Diploma/Certificate in Marketing, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent
  • Possess basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms
  • Good communication skills & experience in customer service
  • Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, design will be advantage
  • Experience with FB advertising and other social media advertising channel is a plus factor
