Marketing Executive(Up to RM8K)
Job Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Marketing
- Manage company’s social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube) to generate leads and grow company branding.
- Prepare, develop and manage social media content that drive traffic, engagement and convert target customers.
- Continuously measure, report and improve content performance and social media analytics tools.
- Responsible for strategies, creating, implementing and optimizing the content for assigned products.
- Propose real-time content based on social media trends and relevant social conversations.
- Be up-to-date with social media trends and development, and to identify and analyze competitor advertising methods and strategies in social media platforms.
2. Event Marketing
- Conceptualize, develop and executive marketing events both office and online. This includes but is not limited to; press conferences, brand launches, partnership announcements, roadshows, booth set-up, summits, workshops and more.
- Research, contact, and negotiate with various vendors on locations, food & beverage, gifts procurement, props and set-up needed for the event.
- Collaborate across multiple teams within the company as well as external stakeholders, and coordinate with respective PICs to ensure smooth end-to-end operations from proposal stage to execution and completion.
- Achieve targets within budget and timeline.
- Manage other ad-hoc tasks / projects as other responsibilities to meet the company’s objectives and goals.
- Identify event opportunities and generate new ideas to drive continual optimization of event campaigns.
- Prepare reports on event performance and conduct post-mortem with teams involved.
Requirements:
- A Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Communication or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing strategy, including Facebook marketing, event marketing and finance / investment market research in investment or finance related industry.
- Possesses comprehensive branding and marketing, especially digital marketing skills, from broad-reach advertising to highly targeted direct marketing across all relevant marketing channels and platforms.
- Strong consumer focus, with demonstrable insight into market needs, both now and in the future, ensuring that the business is well-positioned to capitalize on emerging trends and opportunities.
- Good command in both Mandarin and English (written and spoken).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have no issue to base at KL.
