Position Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Spa Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, manage reservations, and ensure the smooth operation of the front desk area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner.
  • Handle phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding services and treatments.
  • Manage booking and scheduling of appointments for guests.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Provide information about spa services, products, and promotions.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin or Malay is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with booking software and payment processing.
