Program Coordinator (Kuching Sarawak)

Working Location, Days & Hours:

• Work Location: To be advised as the new office will be be located in Kuching
• Working Hours: From 8 am to 5pm (Flexi Hours)
• Work Days: Monday to Friday only

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in public health, applied social/behavioral science, or a related discipline is highly recommended.
• Solid background in community engagement or health programs; prior leadership experience is advantageous for managing a team and guiding outreach efforts.
• Strong leadership skills to supervise a team, along with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build partnerships with collaborators and stakeholders.

Job Scopes:

• Works closely with the Program Director to set up the Sarawak branch
• Lead a small local team, ensuring that Program ROSE is effectively implemented and aligned with the foundation’s mission and strategic goals.
• Engaging relevant stakeholders in Sarawak, strategic planning, and ensuring high standards of operations to maximize programme’s reach and effectiveness in Sarawak.
