• Working Hours: From 8am to 5pm
• Work Days: Monday to Friday only

Job Requirements :

• Proactively managing existing customer accounts
• Identifying and pursuing new sales leads to expand customer base
• Providing excellent customer service and technical support to ensure a positivecustomer experience
• Accurately forecasting and reporting on sales activities
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions to customers

Job Scopes :

• Must be able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Malay.
• Able to travel on regular basis
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in using MS Office suite& digital literacy
