Working Days & Hours:

  • Working Hours: From 8:30 am to 5pm / 8:30 am to 12:30pm (Saturday)
  • Work Days: Monday to Friday / Saturday (Half Day)

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum STPM
  • Diploma and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Basic understanding of HR processes and labour laws
  • Fluent in spoken and written English & BM
  • Detail-oriented and able to maintain confidentiality

Job Responsibilities:
Administrative Duties:

  • Handle daily administrative tasks, including answering phone calls and addressing inquiries.
  • Manage email communications and other forms of correspondence efficiently.
  • Organize and maintain company files and records.
  • Prepare and update reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Assist in managing the renewal of company permits and licenses to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Support in managing certification audits and surveys by tracking deadlines, coordinating tasks, and facilitating communication.
  • Assist with the preparation, updating, and filing of audit-related documentation.
  • Assist with planning and coordinating company events.
  • Perform any other relevant duties as assigned by the superior as needed.

HR Duties:

  • Maintain records of employee attendance and leave.
  • Handling employees’ Socso claims.
  • Assisting in updating foreign workers' passport and work permit information in the PERKESO ASSIST Portal.
  • Help implement and communicate HR policies to employees while ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations.
  • Assist in managing HRDF employee training, applying for training grants, and submitting claims.
  • Help organize team-building activities for employees.
