Accounts & Finance Manager (Kuala Lumpur)

Responsibilities:
• Fully in charge of accounting of group of companies
• Lead and manage all finance and accounting activities within the group of companies
• Responsible for preparation for full set of accounts.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly financial statement and report.
• Manage cash flow, forecasting and ensure all banking matters are diligently and duly
attended.
• Handling all tax matters such as corporate tax, SST etc
• Preparation of business plan, taxation, budgeting / forecasting and actual financial
performance
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, bankers, company secretary, statutory authorities
and others on audit, taxation, statistic, financial etc matters
• Supervise and review the work performance of subordinates
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
• Bachelor degree or professional degree in Accountancy / Finance or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years of working experience in the related field
• Able to handle full set of accounts
• Able to work independently
• Computer literate with accounting software
• Mature personality in excellent interpersonal and communication skill
• Must be able to converse, read & write in Mandarin / Cantonese due to nature of business
• Working experience in Interior Design/ Construction industry is an advantage
• Mandarin speaking is preferrable
