Job Description

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in MS Excel and good knowledge of accounting software
  • Proficient in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia. Must be able to speak Mandarin.
  • Good knowledge in MS software and accounting software, particularly Excel and SQL software

Job Scopes:

  • Data entry, filing and any related supporting functions
  • Handling accounts payable and receivable, processing e-invoice, and reconciling financial statements
  • Reliable, responsible and able to perform multi-tasking efficiency
  • Assist with the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory filings
  • Assist in payroll processing, including EPF, SOCSO submissions
