We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to join our team! Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
• Develop and execute social media boosting strategies to drive engagement and increase visibility.
• Analyze social media performance and generate reports with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with the design and content team to produce high-quality visuals and copy.
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
• Assist in planning and implementing marketing campaigns to support business goals.
• Monitor and manage paid advertisements on various social media platforms.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing social media platforms and campaigns.
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms, analytics, and tools.
• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
• Proficient in social media tools and graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• A strong passion for marketing and staying ahead of trends.
