Job Description

Admin and Account Assistant - Cantonese & Mandarin Speaker

Responsibilities:

  • Follow up with clients, maintain good relationship with clients
  • Perform data entry and update the database system
  • Preparing invoice, quotation and etc
  • Daily update state of application

Requirement:

  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM or any relevant field.
  • Preferably at least 1 year relevant working experience,
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Familiar with computer literacy including Word, Excel, Google Drive and English/Mandarin Word Processing ;
  • Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
  • Great attention to details, a fast learner, great team player, able to meet tight deadlines
  • Proactive, diligent, and responsible;
  • Good with administrative task
  • Possess proposal drafting skill
