Job Description
Senior HR Executive - Cantonese Speaker
Job Responsibilities:
Assist day to day operations of the HR functions and duties for Hong Kong office;
Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation;
Response to all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests;
Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks, and issuing employment contracts;
Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives;
Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews;
Conducts or assists with new hire orientation;
Produce and submit reports on general HR activity;
Process payroll and resolve any payroll errors;
Assists with planning and executing special events such as benefits enrolment, organization-wide meetings, employee recognition events, holiday parties, and retirement celebrations.
Performs other duties as assigned;
Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
Oversee the HR team, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring professional development.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Human Resource or equivalent;
Required one year of relevant work experience;
Excellent command in Cantonese, Mandarin & English (Both Written and Oral)
General knowledge of various employment laws and practices;
Effective HR administration;
Full understanding of HR functions and best practices;
Exposure to payroll practices;
Having knowledge in KPI setting and practical experience;
Self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure;
Possess problem-solving skill, interpersonal, and communication skills;
Good organizational, and time management skills and attention to detail;
Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools.
