Account Executive (Balakong)

• Handle full set of accounts: AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets Depreciation, Cash Management and Financial Reporting.
• Manage proper transactions account code & cost allocation before payment processing.
• Monitor customer payment status, CN/DN  resolve billing discrepancies.
• Liaise with bankers, auditors, tax agent, company secretary on related issues.
• Prepare of notes to account (yearly) for audit purposes.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time. 

Job Requirements:

• At least 2 years working experience in accounts field.
• Possess LCCI / Diploma in Accounting.
• Possess excellent interpersonal, communication skills and problem-solving skills.
