Job Description

International School Brunei was established in 1964, as a non-profit organisation with a Board of Directors to oversee the development of the school - a status that exists to this day.

Location: Bandar Seri Begawan (Brunei)

Benefits & Remunerations

  • Salary Range: From RM 9,400.00 to RM15,400.00
  • Medical & Annual Leave
  • Travel Allowance / Overtime: No overtime, Travel Allowance may be applicable
  • Incentive (Based on Performance): Annual Bonus, Gratuity.

Job Type :

  • Contract based
  • Renewable every two (2) years subject to performance

Working Days & Hours :

  • Working Hours: From 7AM to 4PM
  • Work Days: Monday to Friday only

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • At least 7-10 years of relevant working experience
  • Proven experience in Procurement, Resource Management, preferably in an Educational setting
  • Proficient in using relevant software for procurement and resource management

Job Scopes

  • Oversee the allocation and utilization of resources across various projects and departments (including vendor relationship management)
  • Assist in developing and monitoring budgets related to school resources, identifying cost-saving opportunities with no compromise to quality and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints
  • Data analysis and reporting on purchasing activites, budget performance and resource utilization
  • Developing relevant policies, SOPs and provide guidance and training on procurement
