Screening Specialist (Petaling Jaya Selangor)

• Conduct research and verification for hiring purposes via Phone & Email.
• Keep documentary evidence of all information received via Phone & Email.
• Liaise with hiring candidates and respondents for additional candidate information or other queries
• Compile research reports for Team Leader's review
• Report immediately any adverse findings to Team Leader
• Maintain daily progress sheet
• Able to work within deadlines and ad hoc task

ESSENTIAL SKILL SETS:

• SPM/STPM/Diploma/Degree
• Good written and spoken English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good report writing skills
• Strong ability to work towards conflicting deadlines with efficiency and accuracy
• Very good understanding of using the internet and doing research to source for information
• Excellent telephone and customer service skills
• Able to think out of the box in solving situations
• Looking for candidates that have problem solving skills, analytical working style, willing to learn new task, thorough and a detailed person
