Job Requirements:

  • School leavers
  • Expose to BOH/kitchen tasks is preferred.
  • Possess Food Hygiene Certification
  • Possess at least 1 year of customer service experience in F&B industry.
  • Able to converse in English/national language.
  • Service-oriented with good interpersonal skills

Job Scopes: 

  • Serving customers and keeping dining area clean.
  • Responsible for replenishing buffet items for various food stations.
  • Responsible for total cleanliness and tidiness of kitchen area.
  • Use proper kitchen equipment to prepare food and handle all equipment and facilities with Care.
  • Wash, clean and store all dishes, tableware, glassware, utensils, pots, etc for the assigned shift.
