Job Requirements:

  1. Educational Qualifications:
  • A diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Certification in Digital Marketing or any marketing-related qualification is a plus.
  1. Experience:
  • Proven experience in administrative roles (at least 1–2 years).
  • Previous marketing experience, preferably in social media management, content creation, and campaigns (at least 1–2 years).
  1. Skills:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Strong command of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.), including the ability to create content and run campaigns.
  • Basic graphic design skills (using tools like Canva or Adobe Photoshop) are an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Malay.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and digital advertising is an advantage.
