IT Administrator - Experienced (Penampang)

Qualifications:-

Educational Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Work Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Systems Engineer or similar role, with exposure to enterprise IT environments.

Technical Skills

• Develop any restriction to manage the internet WiFi usage from any abuse action which will deteriorating internet performance of guest and office use.
• Liaise with vendors / consultants for hardware / software / services purchases
• Handle system upgrade according to scope and time frame required
• Maintain data integrity of computer systems
• Installation, administration, upgrading and maintenance of all servers.
• Work with the Infrastructure Systems team to assist them with their services and systems and support as needed.

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
