Job Description

Job Responsibilities:-

Accounts Management

  • Handle day-to-day billing and invoicing for clients.
  • Monitor accounts receivable, follow up on outstanding payments, and ensure timely collections.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports, including sales, expenses, and cash flow statements.
  • Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions in accounting systems.
  • Assist in preparing documents for external audits and tax filings.

Administrative Support

  • Manage office administration tasks, including ordering office supplies, maintaining equipment, and organizing files.
  • Oversee employee records, leave applications, and payroll coordination with the HR department.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and correspondence for management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Customer and Vendor Relations

  • Communicate with clients regarding billing inquiries and payment schedules.
  • Liaise with vendors for office services and procurement needs.
  • Provide general support to the sales and operations teams for administrative tasks.

Other Duties

  • Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by the management team to support business operations.
  • Continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency in account and administrative functions.

Qualifications:-

Educational Background

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.

Work Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts and administrative roles, preferably in IT, outsourcing, or service-related industries.
  • Familiarity with SME environments is a plus.

Technical Skills

  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., auto count software, or similar).
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Basic understanding of tax regulations and compliance in Malaysia.

Soft Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and team members.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.

Other Requirements

  • Willingness to handle both accounts and general administrative responsibilities.
  • Familiarity with IT industry terminology is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
