Quality Control Officer - Female (Brunei)

OPEN TO ALL MALAYSIAN TO WORK IN BRUNEI (Plasjaya, Brunei Darussalam)

Number of openings : 3 Pax

Working Days & Hours : 8 hours per day, 6 days a week (Total: 48 hours per week).

Job Requirements :

• High School Diploma.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferable (e.g., Engineering, Quality Management).
• At least 2 years of experience in quality control or a related field in a professional setting.
• Familiarity with quality standards and processes (e.g., ISO, GMP) is an advantage.
• Hands-on experience with inspection tools and equipment.
• Proficient in both English and Malay.

Job Scopes :

• Conduct inspections and tests on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Document and report any defects or non-conformances identified during inspections.
• Collaborate with production and management teams to resolve quality issues.
• Maintain and update quality control documentation and records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Participate in internal audits and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide training or guidance to staff on quality control processes when needed.

Benefits & Remunerations :

Pay Rate:

• BND $610 per month.
• Salary increase of BND $100 after completing a 3-month probation period.

Contract Duration:

• 2-year contract with the possibility of renewal based on performance and mutual agreement.

Allowances:

• Overtime allowance.

Accommodation:

• Company-provided accommodation with twin sharing.

Local Transportation:

• Free transportation to and from the workplace.

Leave Benefits:

• After 2 years of contract completion, employees are entitled to 28 days of paid leave with round-trip air tickets or land transport (as per the "Transportation from Place of Origin" policy) for contract renewal.
• For final exit without contract renewal, only a return ticket will be provided.

Medical and Insurance:

• Health screening and renewal costs covered by the company.
• Workplace injury compensation will be provided by the company, provided safety regulations are followed.

Visa and Placement Fees:

• Work visa will be applied for by the employer.

Service/Agency/Broker Fees:

• Placement fees in Brunei Darussalam will be fully covered by the company.
