Service Crew (Icom Square)

Minimum SPM and above

Able to communicate in Malay & English (Mandarin will be an added advantage)

Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in a similar field

Job Details:

Greet customers cordially and genuinely

Able to upsell promotional or seasonal items on the menu

Take customers’ order correctly

Serve customers’ orders efficiently

Able to assist with and resolve customers’ needs or concerns

Benefits & Remunerations:

Gross Salary: min. RM 1,800.00 depending on experience and capabilities

Overtime and Public Holidays rate adhere to S’wak Employment Act
