Job Title: Distribution Assistant

Department: Distribution & Inventory

Jobscope:

• Monitor stock allocation and stock requests
• Prepare monthly stock movement reports for management.
• Assist to monitor the overall stock positioning, stock status to avoid stock losses.
• Assist to check, audit and compile stock count report/stock transfer/stock loss report etc.
• Able to coordinate & liaise with warehouse, Sales & others for stock movement
• Others related issue to stock status

Requirements:

• Candidates should posse at least Certificate/Diploma in Business, statistics, commerce or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year’s of working experience preferable in Retails.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel
• Fresh graduates/school leavers are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.
