Job Description

Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized candidate to join us. The candidate will be responsible for managing both accounting functions and warehouse operations, as well as providing administrative support to the office.

Responsibilities:

  1. Accounts Management:
    • Recording financial transactions
    • Handling accounts payable and receivable
    • Reconciling accounts
    • Generating financial reports
  2. Warehouse Operations:
    • Managing inventory levels
    • Ensuring proper storage and handling of goods
    • Overseeing inbound and outbound shipments
    • Conducting regular stock checks
  3. Office Administration:
    • Managing office supplies
    • Coordinating office maintenance
    • Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence
    • Providing general administrative support
  4. Documentation:
    • Maintaining accurate records
    • Filing and organizing documents
    • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  5. Communication:
    • Liaising with suppliers, customers, and internal teams
    • Responding to inquiries professionally
    • Facilitating effective communication within the organization

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in accounting and finance
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Certification in Accounting or relevant field is a plus
