Job Description

  • Attend to customer’s query and able to advise product options suitable to customer's needs.
  • Taking care of existing key accounts and at the same time identifies business opportunities and prospects.
  • Establish contact and develop a good business relationship with prospective customer.  Always maintain quality service and upholds professionalism
  • Build and maintain business relationship through consistent and timely support and solutions. Understanding of the customers' needs and able to deliver the service courteously. 
  • To market and promote company’s range of products
  • Knowledge of general documents preparation, e.g. invoice / delivery order / receipts and etc.
  • Achieve individual sales target and contribute to company sales. Ensure that selling price are maintained within established parameters set by the organization
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing team, plan and managing sales activities to meet sales revenue.
  • Participate in road-shows, exhibitions and launching events if necessary.
  • Tabulate sales information for analysis - to generate weekly, monthly sales and aging sales reports for Head of Department.
  • To carry out the sales administrative work
  • To be responsible for collection
  • Taking Care of Centre Region Sales
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Candidate who with experience in sanitary, hardware products are added advantage.
  • Candidate who understand Mandarin will have an added advantage.
