Knowledge to handle PCs, Notebooks, Peripheral & Printer faults
Assist in Setup of New PCs and Installation of Software / Onsite & Remote
Assist with network connectivity issues and to troubleshoot and resolve a variety of technical problems.
First level troubleshooting for IT related issues, liaise with level 2 support if required
Job Requirement:
At least 1 - 2 year(s) of working experience is preferred
Responsible, organized, hardworking and team player
Capable of working in a fast paced environment
